Up to this April, the “13^rd Five Year” Development Planning Project for the Fourth Branch of Beijing Subway (hereinafter referred to as “the Fourth Branch”) is going smoothly so far. At present, Beijing Truth Consulting has finished the diagnostic research task as scheduled. This is the second cooperation between Beijing Truth Consulting and Beijing Subway after the previous corporate culture project.

This consulting project will comprehensively inspect external environment change and internal resources ability, systematic analyze the core competitiveness, available resources, organizational effectiveness and industry key success factors of the Fourth Branch, then present the future development orientation, direction, goals and business plan, and develop detailed implementation strategy and safeguard measures, so as to build a systematic and complete “13^rd Five Year” Development Plan for the Fourth Branch.
