Beijing Truth Consulting launched the management & control project of Keystone Academy on Sep. 8, 2015. The project aims to strike a balance between its management & control and its business development through the construction of its management & control system.

Keystone Academy is a high-end positioned international school and started to enroll new students in 2014. It is also the first school at the stage of K12 education invested by MeilianWenhua Group. Since its establishment, Keystone Academy has faced the difficulties of defining its decision-making rights between its investors and management teams. The problem of how to implement effective management to a certain extent also bothered its investors and management team and affected the healthy development of its enrollment and teaching undertakings.

Keystone Academy is an innovative and unique school in China and in the world. It integrates the essence of three traditional educations from China, America and International and weaves them into a powerful bilingual education model.
